MealDock is DPDPA 2023 compliant and all partner kitchens carry a valid FSSAI licence. Payments are processed exclusively through PCI-DSS certified providers.

Data Security
Encryption in transit
All data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 — the same standard used by online banking.
Encryption at rest
Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Access controls
We apply the principle of least privilege. All admin actions are logged and auditable.
No plaintext passwords
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a per-user salt.

Quality monitoring
We conduct periodic hygiene audits on partner kitchens. Partners with repeated complaints are suspended pending review.
