Please read these Terms carefully before using MealDock. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MealDock (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

MealDock is operated by MealDock Technologies Private Limited ("MealDock", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

2. Description of Service

MealDock provides a technology platform that connects corporate employees ("Users") with canteen operators and food service providers ("Partners") to facilitate workplace meal pre-booking, ordering, and management.

Our services include:

●Meal pre-booking and scheduling for corporate canteens

●Real-time menu management for canteen operators

●Enterprise meal program administration tools

●Guest and vendor management systems

●Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using MealDock, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Corporate accounts may be created by authorised company representatives only. Individuals using a corporate account must comply with their employer's policies in addition to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4.3 Account Security

Notify us immediately at support@mealdock.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Ordering and Payments

5.1 Meal Orders

All meal orders placed through MealDock are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant canteen Partner. Pre-booking cutoff times are set by each Partner and displayed at the time of ordering.

5.2 Pricing

Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. MealDock reserves the right to update pricing with 7 days' notice for subscription services.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation windows vary by Partner and meal type. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5.4 Corporate Billing

For enterprise accounts using subsidised meal programs, billing is governed by the separate Enterprise Agreement signed between MealDock and the company.

6. Partner Responsibilities

Canteen operators and food service providers using MealDock agree to:

●Maintain accurate and up-to-date menus

●Prepare and deliver orders within the committed time windows

●Comply with all applicable food safety regulations under FSSAI

●Maintain adequate hygiene standards at all times

●Notify MealDock of any service disruptions or capacity limitations

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

●Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

●Submit false orders or fraudulent payment information

●Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's systems

●Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written consent

●Impersonate any person or entity

●Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform security

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MealDock — including the brand, design, software, and text — is owned by MealDock Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of MealDock is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable data protection regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealDock shall not be liable for:

●Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

●Loss of data, revenue, or profits

●Food quality issues arising solely from Partner negligence

●Service unavailability due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MealDock in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MealDock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

For disputes involving amounts below ₹10,00,000, we encourage resolution through our internal grievance mechanism before approaching courts.
